Welcome to thekindertravel.co, where I host unforgettable adventures in India. Explore exciting destinations, and come away with memories of a lifetime. I work with reliable and well-known tour agencies and operators which take care of logistics and I travel with you as your guide, host & fellow adventurer.
After travelling in India and various parts of the world for many years, and having spent time as a travel blogger, I would love to share my experiences with you. Each trip leaves me with a sense of wonder at the beauty and diversity of the country and what it offers an adventure traveller.
If you are someone who also wants to keep your footprint low, support local businesses and focus on well-being, health and mindfulness - you're in the right company.
I enjoy active but well-designed and thoughtful itineraries which give me a real feel of my destination, offer me opportunities to interact with locals and indulge in meaningful interactions and experiences. I have cycled, walked/hiked and travelled on most of these routes including Kerala, Karnataka, Coorg, Goa and Tamil Nadu. I've used some of these aspects to design a few experiences to begin with,
I hope you'll join me for a trip of a lifetime!
India boasts a rich heritage of culinary delights. Many dishes across various states are also delicious and there's no dearth of good food. Every state has it's unique cuisine. I encourage people to try out all the local dishes whenever possible.
India is the birthplace of yoga. Even though we'll be on various routes and in an adventure mode, there's always time and opportunity to indulge in yoga. Many retreats and resorts have yoga as an offering. And don't forget to incorporate some yin or stretch-based exercises after a hard day of adventuring!
India's art history is rich and diverse. There are hundreds of art form in every state, whether it's painting, textiles, clay, metal or using various mixed media. We might get to see many of these craftspeople in action, even during our walks and rides. Support the local artists by purchasing little trinkets and mementoes as gifts for friends to take back home.
Whether it's working with wild animals, snakes, otters, tigers, or conservation of our earth's resources - we'll try and introduce you to various efforts taking place in smaller communities, villages and cities throughout the country.
